Names of these peaks. Not a game
« on: 13:08:08, 16/05/11 »
I took that photo (if it displayed) outside the entrance to White Scar Caves at Ingleton / Chapel le Dale a couple of weeks ago and simply can't find (via Google earth etc) what they are called. Anyone any ideas?

The buildings (white house) at the bottom of the shot are at Beezleys on the Ingleton waterfalls walk, and the buildings (in the trees) towards the middle are all part of Twistleton Hall. That would make the ridge running off to the right, from Twistleton Hall, Twistleton Scar End and it eventually leads to the summit of Whernside.

Immediately behind Twistleton End would, I think, be the ridge  running along from Ireby Fell onto Gragareth and the square topped hill to the left could well be Casterton Fell.
