I didn't sign up with them for 2016, no need really. I want a new challenge for next year, will still keep up with the walking, but want to be a bit more flexible. Might do a bit of cycling as well. Don't want to get bored. Any ideas?
By the way, I've recently had a free health check at the doctors. All good, low BMI, blood pressure, and cholesterol. I have a 7% chance of a heart attack in the next ten years, the average being 10% for someone of my age and weight. The nurse said, whatever you are doing, carry on doing it. The walking is definitely helping.
