Fancy learning about Mountains?

Anyone out there interested in Mountains?
Thought so. Then why not learn a bit about them - how they are formed, what we think about them, their ecology and wild life, and recreational opportunities - in this online MOOC?

For those of us who like to understand a bit more about what we tramp over week-in, week-out, this might be an ideal course.

Good of you to bring this to our attention, but I was disappointed to see it's primarily about the mountains of Alberta, Canada. I'd be far more interested if it was a course about UK mountains by a UK uni.

OU Geosciences course, I did it a few years ago now but would thoroughly recommend it if you have the time.
