Hi,
In November Iam heading out to  the Mardi Himal trek In Nepal. Any advice on kit would be welcome especially the perennial problem of footwear. My footwear of choice are Brooks 12 shoes or Berghaus/Brasher Supalites.

I wear Trail Runners even up to highest passes...as long as you are used to wearing them.
Most of the Sherpas wear trainers anyway....some of the porters wear flip flops...
Boots if snow....guess that won't be your issue.

Weather patterns even in Nepal have changed.
Temps dropping at night into November...warm sleeping bag.
Hot in the day.
Baser Layers as extras plus Down/Synthetic Jacket and waterproof.
Overtrousers also..

2 Tees max...just don't take loads of clothes.
plenty of chances to keep washing.

From experience, I would recommend you taking a metal Sigg bottle.  It can double up as a drinks bottle during the day, and a hot water bottle to go inside your sleeping bag at night.

Thermals, both top and bottoms, to sleep in during the night.   You will probably need them, as the higher you go, the colder it will get at night.

Mardi Himal is a great trek, I did it last November. Superb views of Machhapuchhre (Fishtail mountain) and the Annapurnas, also good for sunrises and sunset views. The ridge walk from high camp to base camp is Himalayan trekking at it's best.
I didn't find the mountains - the mountains found me
