ViewRanger 1500 Mile Challenge
« on: 12:48:29, 09/12/17 »
Having started on the 11th April, I have completed the ViewRanger 1500 mile challenge today.

Hopefully with my boots and feet now settling in, I will achieve a lot more next year!

Regards

Chris

Thank you Mel,

Loved most of it, apart from the pain of my boots, now resolved!

Was out at 06:20 this morning in the sleet and pitch black. It was over an hour before I managed to see the shapes of trees and hills!

But my Border Collie Misty and me loved it!

Nice one.  That's a decent distance to cover in 8 months for sure. O0   Did you get a few mountains in along the way?

Congratulations, that's very impressive  :o .  (I'm not owning up to my current poor progress on the wimps 400km Challenge...)

Thank you,

Yes, we did Pen-Y-Ghent where we spread our parents ashes and a few walks on a week's photography course in the Lake District.
