Thanks for your advice. I'll contact Altberg. When you say "orthotics" I guess you mean "insoles". I already wear insoles.
All orthotics are insoles, but not all insoles are orthotics..... Some insoles are just a bit of cushioning in the base of the shoe; these aren't orthotics.
An orthotic is a shaped insole designed to improve foot function. It may be 'off the shelf' or custom manufactured to a podiatrist's prescription based on his/her analysis of your gait and any discrepancies and variations e.g. in leg length, foot shape etc.
