Now at Wessenden reservoir.  May be dry but perhaps too hot!

End of most peoples first day! I probably wouldn’t even be at Jacobs Ladder by now!  ;D  Though I wouldn’t have started at 5.00 am either!

Weather looks okay, low twenties with cooler nights,so he stands a reasonable chance of getting somewhere near Mike's record.

Is there something wrong with the tracker clock ?

It appears to be 'out' by 1 hour.

At 11:46 (on my watch) the tracker says elapsed time 7hr 46 minutes and departure 05:00. If that is the case then surely it is now 12:46, or, the elapsed time is 6hr 46 mins.

For me it is showing that he started at 5.00am and 9.00 hours has elapsed, which should make it 2.00pm but it is actually only 1.00pm.

It did initially show his start time as 4:59:02, or something like that, which may be important if we get down to counting seconds.

We will be on part of the Pennine Way this weekend for a few hours, I wonder if Pavel will pass us.

Off to try work out if he may be where we are at the same time   :)

How nice to have the ETA available on his tracker. We may very well be able to wish Pavel good luck  O0

 ;D

We will be going in the opposite direction. He would have found it difficult to overtake us obviously  ;)
