All the information you need to plan and enjoy a trip to the South Downs Way, one of only 15 National Trails in the country and the only complete bridleway trail that can be ridden on horseback, walked and cycled it's entire length. Stretching 100 miles though the two Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty from Winchester to Eastbourne.

Hi Chris,

Thanks for that site but i've already got that one.
Is it good for cycling.
I'm trying to arrange a charity walk/cycle trek in October.
It's for charity, I am trying to find free accommodation maybe camping, church halls, barns etc up to 8/10 people or less.
This is the first time i've organised a long distance walk 7days.
I need as much Help as possible if anyone can Help.
please email me.
