That's a belting photo Chris!  When was it taken?  Early morning/late evening??

It was taken in the evening. To be sure we weren't left stranded in the snow, we opted for a quick descent using our survival bags...

Yes, I also remember helping a car that day that was struggling up a hill by climbing onto its bumper to help give it some traction. When I got on the bumper it made an awful cracking sound but fortunately as I jumped off the car found traction and sped off up the hill.
