Darksky ma man, it's weighs in at just under 500g when rolled up.

Like twiglegs I blow some extra air into it

Thermarest prolite 3.  Need I say more.  Get the 3/4 if you're into the whole masochist thing.  This mat sees me through the whole year.  If it gets really cold I stick it in one of those foil emergency bivvies ( i use an adventure medical kit one these days, weighs nowt) for instant 4 season use.  Lifetime guarantee and they are really comfortable.  Just repaired the mrs mat with a bit of seallant and it seems fine.  Just needs a field test now.
I'm the Dude. So that's what you call me. You know, that or, uh, His Dudeness, or uh, Duder, or El Duderino if you're not into the whole brevity thing

Thermarest------ Brilliant. Buy the real " Thermarest"------ You don't need the thick one. To save weight get a shorter one and carry a 4mm. foam pad for your shins and feet.
