Navy Tech from Victoria BC joining your group. Hello!

I'm an old gym rat that works for the Canadian Navy here in Victoria. Found your forum researching my aching feet.
I've traded my wrist straps for walking shoes and have been doing about 7kms a day for a couple of years. It's my love now.

You all seem like a really informative group and glad you're out there.
I"ll spend a few days looking at a few of the threads and pick up some advice just lurking around.
If I can't find anything that fits, I'll shout out and hopefully not ask one of those newb questions.
Your forum looks really great; kinda the Reddit of walking. Walkit? Weddit? Whatever. Thanks for being here.

I spent many years designing ships & equipment for the Royal Navy.

Nice place Vancouver - I have relatives on Victoria.
