Cader today (again and again)
« on: 21:08:58, 27/03/10 »
Well today was traing day with my beast of a cousin who is like a US marine sargent major type! Practise for the 3 peaks , so at 3pm we started up Cader Idris from the Minfordd carpark up Cwn Cae to the lake round the lake to the right and up the gully behind and on to the summit!! Time 1hr 25 to the top which is ok but not my scene at all but hey it's fitness time!  We then went up to Mynydd Moel and down slowly to save our knees.  Conditions are good no snow at all really.  Here are a few photo's when Mr Motivater gave me 2 secs for a break..

Just a quick visit today but always a pleasure..

You got your own reserved parking space down at Dol-y-Cae yet?
