What sort of twisted person would take the beautiful landscape of the
Lake District and populate it with demons and monsters from the darkest corners of the human psyche? Well, the sort of person who writes for the
Cumbrian Cthulhu website. And these disciples of
HP Lovecraft have now published a collection of their
horror stories in
Cumbrian CthulhuVolumes I and II. Perhaps their only saving grace is that profits go to the
Lake District Mountain Rescue Association.
