NW England

A walk in one of out local areas today, on a fine and mainly sunny day. The walk follows part of the "Limestone Link" over Holme Park Fell and Hutton Roof Crags before going to Burton in Kendal to return via the northern reaches of the Lancaster Canal.

Dist: 11.00 miles         Ascent:    1258 feet       Time:    5 hours

Good pix Dave.., i like the shot of the helicopter,the way your camera captured the blades in plain sight.

Good pix Dave.., i like the shot of the helicopter,the way your camera captured the blades in plain sight.

Purely by chance that one.....I was taking a picture of something else when it flew over. Just a quick point and shoot. Think my fave out of the bunch was the reflections in the canal
