Tullymore forest walk
« on: 20:42:51, 29/07/18 »
The weather has turned for the worse here in recent week-ends so have been less adventurous. Last walk I did in the Mournes took the form of a low level woodland walk through Tullymore forest. I took the same tracks as previous walks but in a clockwise direction. Starting from the car park I headed for the small lake to start with. Thereafter I picked up a good track heading east to Curraghard viewpoint which offers good views of the eastern Mournes. Continuing on the good track my walk became a riverside walk back to the car park. Total distance was approximately 7.5km.
