Hi,
I've never worried about rationing water. I've always believed if you are thirsty it's better inside the body now than later. I carry collapsable bottles which take up no space, easy to fill up and fit into my shorts' pocket. (I got a load of them free from work. I wouldn't pay £5 for one).
I am looking into going down the hydration bladder route. What's the best one to buy? (Dare I ask  :D )
Good tips from others.  O0  Thanks,
Ian & Zen
