The complete Cullin Range on Skye, The Aonach Eagach ridge, Carn Mor Derag on Ben Nevis or south of Scotland Tryfan or Crib Goch

I wouldn't really call either of those two routes a scramble, try something like the Aonach Eagach in Glen Coe, now thats a scramble! http://scotclimb.org.uk/aonacheagach.shtml  O0

I can only give an opinion of scrambles south of the border and would probably reckon Crib Goch has no equal.
Sharp Edge on Blencathra is a bit more exposed than Striding Edge, more similar to CG but far, far shorter.

I have just watched footage of someone climbing Pinnacle ridge in the Lakes that looked very exposed.
Love a good walk and chat.

I agree with Gary, but not before I had done them (Striding Edge and Sharp Edge) - in my mind they were terrifying before I'd walked them. I suppose Grib Goch and Bristly Ridge in Wales. I've only done Aonach Eagach (pronounced Eek what am I doing up here) in Scotland, so hope for more next year.

I suppose one mans scramble is another mans (or ladies) stroll

I suppose it depends on how much exposure someone has had to heights.I found Striding edge to be scary in places but not as bad as it is made out to be.

I'm obviously biased on this subject .Tryfan, Bristly Ridge, Crib Goch, all brilliant scrambles . If you want a little bit of practice for these three try Moel Siabod .
Rhinog Fach is a good tester as well if tackled from Bwlch Drws Ardudwy .
Everyday when i wake up i thank the Lord im Welsh .

Whilst eating my lunch by Stickle Tarn a few weeks ago, I watched a couple of people going up Jack's Rake. From the tarn it looks like there's a hell of a sheer drop off the rake. It doesn't look like the kind of scramble you could bottle out of half way up and turn around again, and I was with my daughter, so decided against it (that's my excuse anyway!). Is it as bad as it looks? I've seen photos but it's difficult to get a true perspective of difficulty or exposure.

I'll be going up there in May so watch out for the meet up section....in May 2010
