I am really thinking of adding this walk when I head back to the lakes in March, I plan on doing the Y3P in Spring and see this as a bit of training for it.  What was the mileage of this walk?  Also did you get the bus to the Kings Head?  
   
Any help would be appreciated.

Fab pics on the top of Helvellyn   I was on there on Saturday 24/11 and the cloud was up and down for a few hours - it was down when I was on the top so no views for me! Pleased you had a great time
