a campsite in snowdonia

i stopped in a campsite and cant remember where it was. i know it must have been fairly close to pen y pass and the watkin path, say no more than 10 miles. as you went into the carpark there was a pub to your left and a few fields to your right. i had to cross a railway line to get to the field my tent was in. i was wondering has anyone stopped there, thanks, gary
