Hello all, I'm Carl.
I'm just starting up on the 'wild' camping side of things...I'm no stranger to the outdoors as ive camped on sites and also night fish for carp alot.
I'm currently living in Doncaster, so if anyone knows of any decent spots around this area, if you could let me know please, that would be great!... I know of a few people camping on the moors overlooking sheffield, i would also like to have a go at tarp and hammock overnight stays too..if anyone is familiar to that also?
Anyhows, will be nice to hear back from a few people!:).. thanks

Welcome from Orkney.
Plenty of wild clifftops and moorland up here for camping, but a bit far from Doncaster (although I drove past on the A1 yesterday)!
Wild camping is legal in most of Scotland, by the way, and on the high ground in the Lake District.
