Hello everyone!
I've only recently taken up hiking, and I'm really enjoying it so far, I'm trying to go every weekend. I did my longest walk so far on Saturday, nine and a half miles, and it was great though I was definitely lagging towards the end - one of my toes still hasn't forgiven me. I'm not sure the best way to stopping my toe getting so mushed the next time I go, I'd appreciate any advice on that front.
