¿ Threat to land access ?

The BBC notes today that Ann Gloag has won her case to erect a fence near her Perthshire 'house', called Kinfauns Castle, and thus bar walking in an estate many thousands have walked over the years.

A sad day - we can only hope that Perth and Kinross Council plus The Ramblers will appeal.
The freedom of walking in Scotland may be lost due to incompetence by the Sherriff and technicalities in a law which was supposed to put uncontested freedoms in legal stone.
