Hello to everyone, I come from Nottingham and do the majority of my walking in the Peak District. Over 45 years experience of the area and still enjoy every walk there.

Welcome from West Yorkshire. I used to live in North Derbyshire, so would often go for walks around there.

Greetings from Northumberland  :)
I used to walk in the Peak district in the 80's when I lived in Sheffield, great walking, I still miss it!

Greetings from the south coast.

I too grew up in Sheffield and walked most of the Peak District as a teenager. Now over 50 years later I still occasionally get to walk there - but with the passing years there are fewer friends and family to visit and provide an excuse.I really miss the ease with which you can wild camp on the moors - even if it's not approved of. ::)
