Title: Walking in Cyprus (South)
Post by: mountaingal on 17:00:13, 14/02/20
I'm going to Cyprus in March. After joining an organised walking holiday in the North, I will spend another week by myself in the South. I don't drive outside UK. So I will be using buses. I would have loved to walk in Troodos mountain, but without my own transport, I decided to give it a miss. There are plenty of other walks to fill the week.
My planed walks so far:
around Salt Lake in Larnaca
Cape Greco and walk back to Ayia Napa
Akamas Forest (Afroditi and Adonis trails combined)
Petra tou Romeo
If anybody has walked one of these, or have any other idea, I'd like to hear from you.
Other thing: how much is English spoken, on the bus, shop ?
Does the street name written in Both Greek and Romans?
