Enjoyed seeing the photos     :)     A beautiful area I'm very familiar with

If you're down that way again, it's well worth going up on to High and Over, the hill with the white horse, for its fabulous views over the Cuckmere Valley

UK is a great place for having such things as hill figures, I do like a bit of history  O0

I don't have a specific route - I just combine paths in various ways   :)   There's a car park beside the Alfriston Road on High and Over

It's a lovely walk by the river to Exceat Bridge, from where paths lead up on to Seaford Head for the iconic view of the Seven Sisters.

To the west of High and Over, there's a path over Cradle Hill and Camp Hill, which then divides, one fork going over Norton Top and the other up Green Way, both routes meeting on Bostal Hill on the South Downs Way, which can be followed down into Alfriston.

I can highly recommend all of these routes    :)

Another great TR. As always, full of interesting historical detail  O0. It is a beautiful part of the country.

I have this area pencilled in for a visit once campsites are open again. Just a bit too far for a day visit, for my liking anyway.

Really interesting write up and pics again.  The design of the first stained glass window in your blog seems too modern for a church.

It looks a lovely walk, perfect for a sunny day.
