Another nice walk is the The Affric Kintail Way (https://www.walkhighlands.co.uk/lochness/affric-kintail-way.shtml). I only walked it from Morvich to Glen Affric and back (my car was parked in Morvich) but I really enjoyed it. You can camp and climb several munros along the way if you like.

You could look at the Cumbria Way or the Dales High Way. Both go through lovely country but neither are too demanding.

Would highly recommend The Dales Highway, nice variety of scenery and terrain, we did it last year and really enjoyed it.

St Cuthbert's Way is a good one and not too physically demanding

Having done the Cleveland Way, Wolds Way and Cumbria Way, I can confirm that these are good choices too

Esk Valley Walk, finishing at Whitby, is also nice, especially when the heather is out in late summer
