40% Off RRP On All OS Maps from dash4it.co.uk

Got an email from dash4it....

Enjoy an incredible 40% off RRP on all OS maps by applying code DISC40 at the online checkout until Sunday 12th March.

This means a standard paper OS Explorer or OS Landranger map costs just £5.39. And if it looks like rain, the Active (waterproof) versions are only £8.99.

Rather annoyingly I missed the OS Explorer maps for £4.05 each at Millets over the weekend. I have noticed they now charge £3.99 delivery though (£1 if collect in store). Hopefully they'll do a repeat in the future.

Lifeventure Thermolite sleeping bag liner £13.99 inc delivery. Sign up for an additional 10% off.

https://www.lifeventure.com/products/offers/thermolite-sleeping-bag-liner

Less than half the price of similar products (and a quarter of the Sea-to Summit ones!)

It'll be interesting to compare its performance against my heavyweight silk one.

Have been buying these for a while now and using them for lunch on day hikes.  Perfect portion size and very tasty too, I normally add one of the pouches of ready to wok noodles to them.  Poundland in Wallsend only ever hs the Spicy Chilli and Meatballs varietys in so think it must be a national thing.

I believe Morrisons do the whole range and have been planning to get around to checking it out, can't see them being as cheap as Poundland but would be nice to get a couple of the others just for variance.
I travel not to go anywhere, but to go. I travel for travel's sake.

Hanwag Men's Banks GTX Walking Boots Size 11 Only @ £28.99 with FREE delivery .  :o

https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B001F7V970/

Grab 'em while you can they're around £150 - £160 everywhere else. It's got to be pricing error but worth a punt if they deliver the order.  ;D

EDIT: Size has now been amended on amazon to Size 11

Beggars can't be choosers!  ;)

If all you do is buy them to sell on they'll pay a good lump towards the boots you really do want.

That's a good price for size 12 feet! The photo tells me something, the marketing suggests to me that they are spot on, some people would buy, I think, because the boot design, looks and photo are so attractive!

In reality I wonder how good the boot would be after six months of use?

It's probably just as well that you did miss out as one post in the comments on the thread below says they got a t-shirt delivered not boots!  ;D ;D ;D

http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/hanwag-gore-tex-men-s-hiking-boots-size-12-only-28-99-delivered-dispatched-from-2633308

The reality is that when something looks just too good to be true more often than not it is exactly that.......but just occasionally you can get lucky.  ;)

Not sure how they got that so wrong. I read the thread and there was loads of confusion over sizing so probably best to avoid. Thanks for the link anyway  :) .
