2016 has been a difficult year for me and my family, both my kids who are in their 20's and myself who isn't in his 20's have had surgery this year.
I'm hoping the treatment I'm on will help me avoid surgery this next year, and I'm able to get out walking ALL year.
So I'd like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas however you spend it, and may 2017 be a year to remember for all the good reasons
