Hi, I've just found this forum and joined up to chat with more walking people. And have spotted one or two familiar names already. I'm going to have a look around. See you around the forum ...

Hi Di, checked your blog and you certainly like your walking! I have a great walking area on my doorstep here in the North of Ireland in the Mourne moutains or a short journey takes me to the Glens of Antrim or Sperrin mountains. Just back from Ben Nevis which was a cold, wet slog and already I am looking forward to the Pyg track on Snowdon come March... :)

Welcome Di

I am local to the Peak District - So I am the one covered from head to toe in Peat usually!

Hi Di.  ;)

Hi Twigs.

Thanks for the warm welcome and the nice comments about my blog. And, yes, I like my walking. I have to sit down a lot in my job so I made a pact with myself to get out and stretch my legs and get some fresh air.

Umm... not today, though!

Hm, I'm almost ashamed to wear it now, more in memoriam for the days of Michael Schumacher, really.

Mornin'
Di, I used Blogger/Google blogspot to publish a couple of my walking adventures with mixed results. I struggled to get the links to do what they were meant to do. You seem to have yours well behaved.
