Anyone done the Ridgeway 40 -  sorry seems I am not allowed to post a link


Any advice or tips - I have signed up for the 6th May

Were they successes, running or walking - is achievable walking


It must be a non stop 4 miles a hour pace

Hello


Did it Saturday, an excellent day very well organised, parked car at Streatly - Goring on Thames


Coach to start at Overton Hill, took me just over 11 hours for the 40 miles


Some fast runners and fast walkers participating


Check points brilliant - food and drink, weather overcast with a little sun perfect day if somewhat windy at times on the exposed Ridge Way


Would recommend it
