She's definitely not naughty, it's more the fact she always wants to be with me.
She is a spaniel, however cats don't bother her it's birds she likes!
I'm guessing I'll just have to assess the site when I'm there and work out what's most suitable...or I'll have to stink for a day

Our spaniel did exactly the same a few days ago when we were camping in the lakes - my wife was cleaning her teeth and our spaniel suddenly appeared at her side in the wash room; I thought she was in our big family tent dozing. She
will chase cats - and birds, rabbits, hares - anything smaller than her that runs away, in fact. And unfortunately she will kill if she gets her teeth upon them, so we have to be careful.
As Ilona infers in her post, perhaps best to lock the dog in the car for 10 minutes if you have bought it camping.
