Tour Date: 17th March 2011
Tour Area: Sandside, Arnside and Silverdale.
Just over a week after the slip and I was managing around the house without the crutches. I was also going "stir crazy" and so on a not too bright afternoon I took myself off for a short ride around the coastline of the Arnside & Silverdale AONB.
The pictures taken were originally just meant to go on our Facebook page but for continuity I decided to put them on the webpage.
