Arnison Crag, Birks, St Sunday crag query

I'm thinking of walking from Patterdale to Grasmere over Arnison crag, Birks and St Sunday crag before dropping down to Grisedale tarn and picking up coast to coast path to Grasmere. Is this route straightforward? Are there any exposed sections where a head for heights is needed? Is there a good path the whole way? Thanks, Henry

Hi Henry, I can't remember any exposed sections except perhaps at the top of the path from Deepdale Hause which is a bit steep.
The paths are mainly clear only the section from Arnison  to Birks through Trough Head  wanders a little but there is a wall to follow.
