South Lakes: 3 Outlying Fells
Another fine and sunny day yesterday saw us off to the area just south of Coniston and parked up on the roadside near Brown Howe. We made our way up to the top of Beacon Fell where the "treasure chest" was patched up and the log book signed before moving onto the summit of Wool Knott for a "butty stop". From there we made our way to Yew Bank before finally returning to the car. Pictures from this walk are now available.
Regards,
Dave
