Lucky little devil - a wonderful area.  I think its Aultbea.  Presumably you're driving - as you approach, Achnasheen, Kinlochewe, Gairloch, Poolewe if from the south ..... or Strathpeffer, Dingwall if from the north - you will find loads of small guidebooks in the tea/gift shops.

Demanding:
An Teallach - can be dangerous
Slioch

Pleasant:
Lochans of Beinn Ghobhlach - on peninsula between Loch Broom & Little Loch Broom
Inverewe Gardens - mecca for walking amongst idiosyncratic assemblage of plants
Loch Maree car park to Meall a Ghuibhais

Prepare for midges.
I think this next one will be the top ...

I'd second An Teallach, it's a cracker.  Plus if you're going to to the Ben again try CMJ arete, it's much better than the tourist plod.

Passed through the area recently - Suilven just looks awesome and is the one I'd do.
