Geez....does it ACTUALLY matter which device is "best"? If a phone, GPS or map and compass gets someone from A to B or safely along their route, then THAT'S all that matters.

Honestly, every time a GPS or Mobile thread is started, you just know what the posts will be like.

If your method of navigation works, that's the main thing.  O0

I fully agree with you bricam.  It is impossible to define which is "best".  We all have our own individual opinions as to which is best because we use the method that suits us best.  I personally prefer a Smartphone but I quite understand that others prefer a traditional GPS unit.  What does it matter as long as we are happy with our choice?
