PS - I meant to add that they are all brilliant shots but the one looking across at 'Bowfell behind the void from the climb up Pike O'Stickle'  just does it for me : vertical rock and 100% drama.

This was my first real view of an inversion ( I have seen short lived ones a few times) so it's just a case of keep climbing those hills

Oh I do love a good inversion, always gives me the feeling of being on another planet. Stunning pics Karl, on days like that I cant blame you for not wanting to leave the tops. Nice one
