You haven't heard of Cold Tarn because it doesn't exist! I meant Blind Tarn - my bad.



I knew where you meant Richard ;D 
When you visit take the sporting route straight off the Dow Crag -Buck Pike ridge  ;)
I'm sure I heard that the Newfield Inn had closed before lockdown as it was changing hands and was being renovated. I hope they don't make it into a gastro pub  :o

At the moment, the door is closed due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, but while it is, we're digging out the family recipes and sprucing the place up.
