Back to the topic then! Here’s a pic from last year in Captain’s Wood in Suffolk

Lots of nice photos on this thread, but this one is particularly gorgeous.

A couple of photos from when I took my daughter and her dog Max to see the bluebells at King's Wood near Chilham, Kent.

Can't beat seeing carpets of bloobies in dappled woodland sunshine  :)   Are you taking a photograph of your daughter taking a photograph WD?  :D

My daughters have four dogs between them, but Max is the only one I quite like. He totally ignores me and never makes any noise.  ;)

Lovely bloobie pics  O0
I misread that at first! Got all excited.

Anyway, bluebells not out yet here in Somerset. Some good woods on our round the village stomp, but only in leaf right now.

The bluebells in the prime locations in our area are just starting to come out but our local bluebell wood has a while to go as it is north facing.  However, I did chance upon an outlier today.  OK - it's not blue but what the heck?

That looks like a Spanish bluebell (or perhaps a hybrid) - a common and intrusive invader.
