Just a quick message, to wish everyone a very happy Christmas, and a fruitful forthcoming year for excellent walks in Gods gorgeous countryside.
Who knows, Santa may be bringing lots of lovely walking pressies, to certain members, it would be nice to hear what people received at the bottom of their bed on Christmas morning.

I hope that 2017 brings everyone good health, and those of us who have relatives or friends not in the best of health, spare a thought for them, and if so, visit or give them a call over Christmas, just to show your thinking of them.

That will go a long way.

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE- AND HAVE A GREAT NEW YEAR.

All the best from Dyffryn

And the same to you!

Thank goodness for Bing Translator. Although I'm an expat taff, I left at age of 5 and never learned any of the language.

Oh well then,
Nollaig Chridheil agus Bliadhna Mhath Ur
from a very wet and windy Scotland, where I am trying to work out a Christmas dinner which I can do on a camping stove, as judging by the forecast we may well not have power!  Ah well it's the wine that counts.
Have a good one everyone!

Ha ha Bing Translator doesn't recognise Gaelic!
Meanwhile down here in the south I'm freezing icepacks and getting out our coolboxes for the surplus food that won't fit in the fridge, because Christmas Day is forecast to be so warm there will be little point in putting it in the shed like we usually do.

You could say that but I prefer the local expression.
