Elterwater A few days after the steroid injection we decided on a trip to the Lakes to get a few pictures. Although only a short walk it was further than I intended as the day was so good. Pictures for the walk are now available on the website.

ps....Unfortunately the new medication that I started on Friday does not appear to suit me. On Saturday, after only two does of the medication I suffered from various side effects which included dizziness and a loss of balance. The emergency doctor recommended that I stop the medication immediately which I have done. I will be phoning the Rheumatology Clinic "Hot Line" later for more advice.
