It was 'warned' rather than told off, we were all 'warned'.

Did most of this walk last year with my boys 6 & 12 at the time  when we camped in Hope, Nearly left the littleun in Brown Knoll. Our route was a couple of miles shorter, but they loved it. Before anyone moans about child cruelty the eldest came up with the route having recently done map reading with scouts. Have to say we all slept the sleep of the dead that night. Lovely area best in colder weather or early on in the day when its not so busy.

I'll probably do another meet for this route once/if things get drier again.
