Further car break-ins have been reported over the past few months at car parks in the Stanage/Burbage area .
Following a long incident free period lasting until July this year, an increasing number of car break-in's are being reported at the Stanage and Burbage car parks.

I returned to my car at a remote Peak District parking spot to find that someone had stolen my catalytic converter. Car sounded like a boy racer! I now look for puddles or mud patches to park over to deter the thieves.
