Walking Partners
« on: 16:18:03, 29/07/09 »
Hello all

I am 39 year old male based in Bedford, started walking/hiking early this year around bedfordshire/hertfordshire and have made a number of trips to the Peak District.

Am looking to find someone local who would like to share driving etc for trips to Peak District or other areas for more challenging walks.

I am trekking to Everest Base Camp in November so need to do as much training as possible before then.  Would ideally like someone who has experience and can push me to challenge myself.  Like to have a laugh along the way and possibly a pint after walking.

Look forward to hearing from you

I think the only one planned for the Peak District is the 9th August a 13 mile walk round Black Hill.
Think I will have to plan another one for the Peaks soon  O0

That would have been ideal if it were not on my daughters birthday but will definately look out for the next one, thanks
