Hello to everyone, I come from Nottingham and do the majority of my walking in the Peak District. Over 45 years experience of the area and still enjoy every walk there.

Welcome from West Yorkshire. I used to live in North Derbyshire, so would often go for walks around there.

I have been walking In the Peak District
since I
" Wur a lad"
And still walk there now .

Greetings from the south coast.
I too grew up in Sheffield and walked most of the Peak District as a teenager. Now over 50 years later I still occasionally get to walk there - but with the passing years there are fewer friends and family to visit and provide an excuse.I really miss the ease with which you can wild camp on the moors - even if it's not approved of.
