gear for the ladies.....

ladies.....i'm looking for some input here.....

i need to basically replace alot of my walking gear, as it curled up and died on the pennine way - i think the only thing that actually worked was my berghaus t shirt.....

so we are talking waterproof coat, waterproof trousers, boots........

so what works for you, and come's as a good recommendation?

especially stuff that works well for the vertically challenged amongst us...... :)

what rucksack do you have?
is it a womans one? I can't seem to find one that's affordable

oh and i just have some Hi-tech boots, berghaus jacket & trousers etc

Smaller rucksacks tend to be unisex, but larger ones, as far as I know, correct me guys, come in two (or more?) sizes. most of which are no longer labelled mens and womens, but one size is suitable mainly for women and smaller men and the other for men and taller women.

By 'smaller' do you mean 26L+4?  She has a Deuter femme one and swears by it.
