I have a Swiss card too! I’ve had it for years and it comes in handy. NeilC i think you are the first other person I have ever heard mention them!

I've been playing around with them at home, on paper, card, sewing thread, duck tape, and food packets
Try to avoid paper and card to keep them sharp.

Years ago, if your scissors became blunt over extended use, trying to resharpen them was extremely difficult.
You might as well have thrown them away, and bought a new pair, but Fiskars now make a small sharpener, that is very easy to use.
Most of us will have little use for one, but those who use their scissors on a daily basis, can now buy a sharpener, so that's good news if your after one.
