Just back from a very early start, Y Gribin to Glyder Fawr,  the clouds never cleared ( they never do on the Glyders in my experience). Really enjoyed Gribin,  lovely scramble along the ridge,  shame there were no views.  Never seen the place so busy, even at 8 am on the summit of G Fawr there was a family.
Sorry to rub it in, but what a difference a day makes. I was in the Glyderau yesterday.

Thank you. It is indeed, Llyn Caseg-fraith just out of shot to the right.

Good luck to you both with that Dave.   O0

That does sound interesting Buzy, thanks.  O0

My wife and I are really keen to spend a week in Cornwall (hopefully around September). We binge-watched the whole of Poldark and loved the landscape. Then, by coincidence, we discovered that a YouTube channel we follow (Run4Adventure with Loyd Purvis) is based in the same area and it looks an amazing place to do some trail-runs.

For a moment, I wondered if Chagford might be somewhere in the west of Cornwall, but sadly it's a long way away. Oh well, I'm sure we'll come back to Dartmoor before too long - thanks for the thought.  :)

If it's West Cornwall then there is only one you realy need to look at Dave. The Rat Run.

Looks great and I see Damian Hall is leading the way. Sadly, we can't make August - perhaps another time. We're still keen on a week in Cornwall this autumn though...  :)
