Central Beacons MRT fire at base

Sad news for the MRT that cover Pen Y fan and the central area of the Brecon Beacons.
They've lost their control vehicle and two other 4x4s and lots of equipment.

There is a link to a justgiving page at the bottom of the article if anyone fancies making a donation to help get them back to full strength.
Enjoy every sandwich

Already donated, they are my local team 15 minutes up the road from my house, hopefully they will be up and running soon.
Touching from a distance, further all the time.

Its criminal, that such worthy life saving groups, are not centrally funded by the Government.
The loss of their equipment is a big loss, and has to be funded through private donations.  A totally crazy situation.
