just thought id say hiya as im new here
. Me and my brother have started to walk properly and recently made a visit to to the snowdon national park where we atempted the snowdon horseshoe
we arrived at the pen y pass at around 11 and we started to make out for our first point crib goch and we started walking up the pyg track and then up crib goch well i say walk up crib goch more like crawl after half way once we finally reached the top of that moutain i could barly see my brother and then the wind set in 40mph winds on a knife edge not good and very wisey we decided to come back down do we picked a side and basically walked and slid to the bottom lol. we then thought about tackling snowdon from a different angle but we where both very tired and decided to call it a day.
so now time to ask questions me and my brother live in warrington and are looking for exciting walks within easy reach ( an hour or so drive) with spectalcular views with etheir flat walks or hilly we dont mind also anther question is kit in particalar boots rucksacks and stoves ive been leaning towards ex army surplus but any suggestions websites will all be good.
My third and final question is im looking at building a website to display lots of pictures and describe our walks can anyone help.
